Content requests

Ask for a correction, removal, or review of a likeness or privacy concern.

Who can make a request?

No WikiStars account is required. Anyone can report inaccurate or harmful card text, a missing credit or an image issue. The person depicted or named, their authorised representative, or a rights holder can request removal or raise a likeness, privacy or copyright concern.

How to submit

Email: [TAKEDOWN EMAIL]

Use the subject “WikiStars content request” and include:

  1. The card title and, if available, its ID or source article link.
  2. The text, image or other content you want reviewed.
  3. Why it is inaccurate or affects your rights, and whether you want a correction, image removal or card removal.
  4. Your relationship to the content, and a reply address. Representatives should explain their authority to act.

Include only information needed to understand the request. Do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information in the initial email. If more information is needed, it can be requested separately.

Draft contact only: this address has not been configured. There is no active form or automatic acknowledgement on this website.

48-hour handling target

The intended process is to review and take an initial action or provide a response within 48 hours of receipt. A response should explain any action taken, or what further information is needed.

Requests involving living people, privacy or minors receive priority. The intended first step is to exclude the affected card from future packs while it is reviewed. Depending on the finding, action may include correcting text or credits, hiding an image, or removing a card.

Offline playtest limitation: this site cannot remotely change cards already stored on a device. Corrections and removals for offline builds must be delivered in an updated build. The 48-hour target is for handling the request; it is not a promise that an offline copy can be remotely deleted within that time.

Follow-up or appeal

If you disagree with the response or have new information, reply to the same email thread and explain what should be reconsidered. If a request reference is supplied, include it in your reply.
